After proposing Flow Kansei Engineering I proposed Flow test.
This test is organized into three phases to measure the emotion of patient in waiting area with:
1. No distraction.
2. Distract people with music.
3. Distract people with health information.
- The results of this test will provide useful method for a better understanding of user’s emotions in Waiting area.
- It will provide design suggestions for useful distractions into that particular site.
- These tests are intended to be used in other experiences.
- Each test will show us which parameters increase the level of user satisfaction and which parameters decrease it.
